Report and Request Submission System Link

The Report and Request Submission System , developed at SBBC JROTC LOGISTICS and maintained by SBBC JROTC LOGISTICS and www.Formsite.com, provides for the submission of reports over the Web. This includes reports which run against the Joint Unit Management Database System.

Some features of the Report and Work-order Submission System include:

• Cadets can submit request and reports from Cadet Staff computer, allowing the Instructor's computer to not be tied up while reports are being submitted.
• Cadet Staff doesn't need JROTC CAB access, to submit a report or a online request.
• Reports are distributed via the SBBC JROTC Logistics Distribution System, which is also maintained by SBBC JROTC LOGISTICS.
• Copier Service request can be submitted directly to the Milner Service Department from Work Order page
• JUMS Wall to Wall reports can now be uploaded to the Reports page.
• JUMS Clothing, Instructional Material, and/or Special Orders can now be uploaded
• Copier/Printer Ink/Toner and Projector Bulbs for approved equipment can be ordered on Work Order page.
• Drill Rifle parts are limited but are available via Work Order page.
• JUMS Laundry/Alterations Request can now also be uploaded via Laundry/Alteration page
